The management fee is accrued daily as balance × 0.0069 ÷ 365 and taken from your cash sleeve. The performance fee is measured per fund position, net of the management fee, against the highest quarter-end value your position has reached, adjusted for deposits and withdrawals. Clients who stake $SRS in the Serious Commitment contract pay a lower management fee on their own account. Staking never changes your Suitability tier. Unstaking carries a 30-day notice period.
If you are not completely satisfied, we refund the fee.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with Very Serious Capital in a given quarter, tell any advisor and we will refund that quarter's management fee to your account in USDG. No form. No reason required. Performance fees, gas and the Mattress Fund's vault fee are not eligible. Available once per client per year.
